.:Of Officially Being iPod-ed:.

I am officially an owner of a green iPod Nano. I am so loving it but i am having difficulties in understanding the damn iTunes. God i am soooo not a technical person. I've downloaded songs from my real player to the iTunes but there are double entries of the songs in my iPod. Talk about kesusahan untuk memahami kan?. I am so frustrated with all this...until i called the Apple customer care line. And this customer service guy was so good in giving me instruction through the phone. And guess what the customer care centre for iPod is in INDIA!!! huyooo..within minuites my frustration is over..so Kudos to Apple for their brilliant customer care personnel. A very award winning service.I really cant believe that i have an iPod. It is sooo my dream to have one and finally it came true. A gift that really touched me. Thank you so very much.You dont know how much this mean to me.
